Hip-Hop
Want to have fun? Want to get in shape? Hip-Hop is the perfect
way to move your body and get fit without feeling like you are
exercising! Fun, Funky, Big, and Bouncy movements will be used
in this class set to upbeat current music of today.
Jazzercise
Yes it's back! The 80's ultimate dance aerobics. Have fun
dancing to all your favorite music from the 80's all while
having fun and getting fit! This class will be based on jazz
dance while incorporating some aerobic moves as well.
Zumba
Salsa, meringue, cha-cha! Learn all the sexy Latin moves all
while burning serious calories! Classes in Zumba are all the
rage right now! Music will have a latin/spanish flavor and the
moves will too!
Exercise Surprise
Want to mix it up? Each week a different style is done to mix up
your workouts! Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet. All styles will be
incorporated. |
