Masters of Movement has had the exciting opportunity to take
some of our dancers to a once in a life time dance convention!
New York City's Broadway Dance Center has been the heartbeat of
professional dance training for over 20 years. A few years ago,
to further their reach to traveling dancers, they began a series
of weekend workshops. Due to popular demand from across the
country they have brought a new experience for all to enjoy: The
Pulse. They enlist only the most sought-after faculty in the
industry!
The Pulse offers dancers a weekend of longer, intensive classes
with new, innovative ideas to get students excited about dance,
and challenge them to learn what's "out there" now.
Our dancers had the exciting chance to take classes with
Shane Sparks (So You Think You Can Dance?), Brian
Friedman (Famed Choreographer to Brittany Spears, NSYNC, and
most recently So You Think You Can Dance?), Mia
Michaels (Choreographer to Cirque de Soleil's touring
company and Celine Dion's Vegas Show; also a Judge/Choreographer
on So You Think You Can Dance?), Wade Robinson
(creator and host of The Wade Robinson Project on MTV),
Laurie Ann Gibson (Making the Band), and Chris
Judd (Choreographer to the stars and famed dancer for
Michael Jackson).
