Yes it's back! The 80's ultimate dance aerobics. Have fun
dancing to all your favorite music from the 80's all while
having fun and getting fit! This class will be based on jazz
dance while incorporating some aerobic moves as well.

Salsa, meringue, cha-cha! Learn all the sexy Latin moves all
while burning serious calories! Music will have a Latin/Spanish flavor and the
moves will too!
--Hip-Hop
Feb. 16th-March 23rd
Want to have fun? Want to get in shape? Hip-Hop is the perfect
way to move your body and get fit without feeling like you are
exercising! Fun, Funky, Big, and Bouncy movements will be used
in this class set to upbeat current music of today.
Yogalates
A beautiful mix of yoga and pilates. Working on strength,
balance, core work and mediation. All levels, no experience
necessary.
Kickboxing
Punch, kick, and sweat your way through an intense workout that
will leave your whole body feeling stronger!
Beginner Pilates
Beginner level entails learning, step-by-step, the 1st
10-13 exercises of Contrology (developed by Joseph Pilates).
Through the method of Contrology, which is a system of
exercises, you will strengthen and stretch the body and improve
tone and posture.
Advanced Pilates
Building a progressive Pilates practice by learning higher
degrees of intensity with an additional 10-20 Intermediate to
Advanced level exercises.
Experienced only is recommended for
attending. Clients with physical ailments should NOT
attend this class. Previous Pilates experience is required due
to a class requiring less time (for cueing) and more time spent
doing!
Class Attire
Loose fitted clothing for all classes is
acceptable. Please wear sneakers to kickboxing and dance
classes.
